1.1 Search Skip Idle Time Report​
Search a Skip Idle Time Report - Step-by-Step​
Step 1: Reach the Skip Idle Time Report
From the main side menu, click on Production & Quality → Reports → Skip Idle Time Report. This will open the Skip Idle Time Report Search page.
Step 2: Fill in Details
- Select Machines
[Optional][Dropdown]Allows user to filter report by machine. - Select Idle Reasons
[Optional][Dropdown]Filters data by idle reason category. - Select User
[Optional][Dropdown]Report can be filtered based on the user who logged the idle entry. - Idle Time (in mins)
[Optional][Text Field]User can specify idle time threshold. - Report From Date
[Mandatory][Text Field]Defines the reporting period. - Report To Date
[Mandatory][Text Field]Defines the reporting period. - Select Idle Time Comparison
[Optional][Text Field]Condition for idle time filter (e.g., Greater than, Less than, Equal to). Search / Clear → Search applies filters, Clear resets them.
Step 3: See the Results
Click Search to see the list of Skip Idle Time Reports that match your criteria.
The Search is the main function of this screen.
1.2 View Skip Idle Time Report​
The report displays the following fields:

| Serial No | Unique identification number for each entry. |
| From Time / To Time | Start and end timestamp of the machine idle duration. |
| Machine Name | Name of the machine recorded as idle. |
| Idle Time (mins) | Total idle duration calculated in minutes. |
| Updated By | Name of the user who updated the idle time record. |
| Shift | Work shift during which the idle event occurred. |
1.3 Export & Print​
- Excel → Exports the report into an Excel sheet.
- Print → Prints the report for offline use.

- Only records relevant to skip idle time within the selected date range will be displayed.
- If no results are found, ensure that machine/employee activity data exists for the selected duration.
- This report is useful for analyzing idle periods, optimizing resource utilization, and improving overall productivity.
